How to Play

Choose a speed and press Start (or press Space with the playfield focused).
Steer with the arrow keys or WASD, or swipe on a touch screen.
Eat the red food to grow by one square and score a point.
The game ends if the snake hits a wall or its own body. Press Space or Pause to take a break.

Stay near the edges early on, leaving the middle open.
Plan your path to the food so you are not boxed in afterwards.
On faster speeds, queue turns a moment early — two quick key presses both register.
