No. Browser-based tools never upload your file at all. Server-based tools process it in memory or in a temporary folder that is deleted as soon as the request finishes. Nothing is stored, logged, or shared with third parties.
Each PDF can be up to 30MB. Merge PDF accepts up to 10 files at once, with a 100MB combined limit.
