Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of adikya.com, its subdomains, and its tools (together, "Adikya" or "the service"). By using Adikya, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

Adikya offers free online tools for developers, marketers, and everyday tasks, plus optional accounts for saving notes, lists, tasks, and reminders. We may add, change, limit, or remove tools and features at any time, and we may suspend the service for maintenance or security.

Accounts

• You don't need an account to use the tools. To create one, you must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement.
• Give a real email address you control, and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think someone else has accessed it.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account page. Deletion permanently removes everything saved to it.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk.

Acceptable use

Use Adikya lawfully and only for your own legitimate purposes. In particular, don't:

• Scan, probe, test, or monitor systems, domains, networks, or mail servers you don't own or aren't authorised to test.
• Use the tools to send spam, phish, spread malware, harass anyone, or break into accounts or systems.
• Look up or process other people's personal information, such as email addresses in the breach checker, without a lawful reason.
• Upload content that you don't have the right to use, or that is illegal, including content that infringes intellectual property or exploits children.
• Get around rate limits, captchas, or other protections, or use bots, scrapers, or scripts to make automated requests, except through a public API we offer for that purpose.
• Overload, disrupt, or attack the service, or try to access data or areas you aren't allowed to reach. If you find a security issue, please report it as described on our contact page.
• Resell, rebrand, or offer the tools as your own service, or copy the site's content or design at scale.

We may block requests, IP addresses, or accounts that break these rules, without notice.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you enter, upload, or save ("your content"). You give us permission to process, store, and transmit your content only as needed to run the tools and features you use, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for your content and for having the right to use it.

Tool results, such as converted files, generated code, or calculations, are yours to use. Keep your own copies of anything important: we don't keep files you process, and we can't recover data you delete or data stored only in your browser.

Our content

The Adikya name, logo, website design, text, and code belong to Adikya or its licensors. Some tools include open-source software, which is covered by its own licence. These terms don't give you any right to use our name or branding.

Third-party services and links

Some tools rely on outside services, such as DNS resolvers, domain registries, and data providers, and results may include links to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their availability, accuracy, or content.

Results are for information only

We work hard to make the tools accurate, but results can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Network, DNS, and security results reflect conditions at the moment of the check and can differ from other locations. Tax, finance, and other calculators give estimates based on the rules and inputs they describe, not professional advice. Check anything important with the relevant authority or a qualified professional before relying on it.

Disclaimer

Adikya is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We don't promise that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that data will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Adikya and the people who run it won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to 100 US dollars or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain warranties to be excluded or liability to be limited, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or removes rights you have as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live.

Indemnity

If you use Adikya in a way that breaks these terms or the law, and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs, including legal fees, that result, to the extent the law allows.

Ending use

You can stop using Adikya at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we're required to by law, or if we stop offering the service. If we close the service or an account feature, we'll try to give account holders reasonable notice so they can download their data. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as disclaimers and limits of liability, continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we'll give notice on the site, and by email to account holders, before they take effect. Continuing to use Adikya after changes take effect means you accept them.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a term right away, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation, merger, or sale of the service. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Adikya.
