Task Manager

Requires server processing

Track tasks with notes, priority, due dates, and tags, filter by Today, Upcoming, or Completed, and set a task to repeat automatically — saved to this browser automatically, with account backup available once you sign in.

    Overview

Most to-do apps either force an account before you can add a single task or drop everything into one flat list with no sense of what's actually due. This one saves to your browser automatically as you go — no account needed to start — and gives every task a priority, an optional due date, free-form tags, and notes. The Today/Upcoming/Completed tabs filter the same list rather than splitting it into separate pages, and a recurring task (daily, weekly, or monthly) automatically creates its next occurrence the moment you check it off, so you never have to re-add it by hand. Save to your account only for the tasks you want backed up or available from another device.

    Examples

    A recurring task

"Water the plants", repeats weekly, due every Monday
Checking it off on Monday marks that occurrence complete and creates a new task due the following Monday.

    How It Works

    1. Add a task with a title, and optionally notes, a priority, a due date, and tags.
    2. Turn on "Repeats" and choose daily, weekly, or monthly to make it a recurring task.
    3. Use the Today, Upcoming, and Completed tabs to filter your task list.
    4. Check a task off to complete it — a recurring task automatically creates its next occurrence.
    5. Sign in and click "Save to account" for any task you want backed up or available on another device.

    Use Cases

    Recurring chores and habits

Weekly errands, monthly bill reminders, or daily habits you don't want to keep re-adding by hand.

Tasks you want on another device

Save a task to your account once it's worth keeping, and it's available next time you sign in from anywhere.

    Tips

    • Tasks saved only to this browser won't appear on another device — use "Save to account" for anything you need elsewhere.
    • Undated tasks show up under Upcoming, not Today, so Today only ever shows what's actually due.

    FAQ

Not by default. Every task is saved to this browser's local storage as you build your list. Nothing reaches Adikya's servers unless you sign in and click "Save to account."

The completed occurrence stays in your Completed tab, and a new task is created automatically with the next due date based on the recurrence rule — daily, weekly, or monthly from the original due date.

Yes, as long as you're using the same browser on the same device — tasks are stored in that browser's local storage. Clearing your browser's site data will remove them, which is also why saving anything important to your account is worth doing.

Yes, 500 tasks per account, which is far beyond typical use.
