Overview
This tool reads EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, Code 128, Code 39, and most other common 1D barcode formats, automatically detecting which format was used — either from an image file you upload or from a live camera feed, entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to a server in either mode.

How It Works
- Choose an image file containing a barcode and click Scan file, or click Scan with camera to use your device's camera.
- For the file option, the decoded value appears immediately if a barcode is found.
- For the camera option, point it at a barcode — scanning stops automatically once one is found.
- Copy the decoded value with the Copy button.
