Organize PDF

Works fully offline Pdf

Open a PDF to see every page, drag pages into a new order, rotate or remove the ones you don't need, and save a new PDF, with optional page numbers and a watermark.

Your PDF is opened on your device and never uploaded.

Overview

Scanned documents come out with pages upside down, reports need an appendix moved, and forms arrive with blank pages that shouldn't be sent on. Organize PDF shows a thumbnail of every page so you can fix all of that in one pass, then save a clean copy.

Pages are copied into the new file exactly as they are, so text stays selectable and searchable, links keep working, and images aren't recompressed. Rotation changes how a page is displayed without redrawing it, so nothing is lost.

Page numbers and watermarks are added to the finished file and follow each page's rotation, so a number on a landscape page still sits upright along its bottom edge. The whole process runs in your browser, which keeps contracts, statements, and other private documents on your device.

How It Works

  1. Choose a PDF, or drop it onto the tool. Thumbnails of its pages appear below.
  2. Drag pages into order, or use the arrow buttons. Rotate pages with ↺ and ↻, and remove them with ✕. Removed pages can be restored until you save.
  3. Optionally turn on page numbers and choose their position and format, or type watermark text.
  4. Click Save PDF and download the new file. The original isn't changed.

Common Use Cases

Cleaning up scanned documents

Turn sideways or upside-down scanned pages the right way up and drop blank or duplicate pages.

Assembling a submission

Move a cover page or appendix into place and number the pages before sending an application or report.

Marking drafts and copies

Stamp DRAFT, CONFIDENTIAL, or SAMPLE across every page so a document can't be mistaken for the final version.

Tips & Best Practices

  • To combine several PDFs and then organize them, merge them first with Merge PDF and open the result here.
  • Watermark text uses the standard Helvetica font, which covers English and other Latin-alphabet languages.
  • A watermark added here is part of the page, but anyone with PDF editing software can still remove it. For documents that must not be altered, also protect the file with Lock PDF.
